'Winston and Willow Have a Visitor' unlatches a window into the miniature world of two felted mice. They receive an unexpected guest knocking on their door, who is revealed to be their human friend gifting a cube of cheese. The hand reflects the creator who inspired this project, Glynnis Goldstrand, the artist behind the felted duo. This stop motion animation was shot in their hovel which was made from various recycled materials, and furnished with pilfered dollhouse pieces. Materials include; cardboard packaging, scrapbook paper, fabric swatches, acrylic paint, wooden beads, and glue. The viewer is encouraged to imagine which tiny worlds may be hiding under their noses, and embrace them with open arms.
