Before everything shut down. Before one of the hardest years of many of our lives. Before all the distance.

The activity suggested with this series was integral to helping me get through the past year. And the medium with which it was painted was also integral.

The concept for this series was "layers". I was examining how I express myself, and what I present to the outside world, in a series that is wearable.
