Inspired by biblical painting Calling of Matthew from the renaissances I want create my own take on a bible scene

This is a piece where we take three puppets and crop them into an artwork. This was also the first oil painting I've done.

Task was to draw the model in the same pose and the model will rotate and keep it in the exact same position and as accurate as possible. It's perfect practice for character rotation.

This was a painting of a model dressed as a fairytale character and as I was painting this, I see two different messengers an angel and a crow from Norse myth.

I wanted to pursue animation as a career and wanted to practice and test my skills in traditional pencil and paper animation.

We would find an existing master's artwork and insert anatomy like muscles and bones and see what it would look like and how it would move and position.

This is what people never see in each other; that mankind was given the power of choice. Man can become malevolent and glorious as the angels in heaven or become evil and deceptive as Satan himself based on the actions, reaction, and choices that one makes.

This was an exercise that we take an existing painting and do what is called a notan to indicate lights and darks the repainting it with monochromatic tone.

This was based on a trance that I had a few years ago and wanted to bring it to life on what I've seen.

to show the constant struggle of the human soul; Although, the sketch I will be using for my final. I wish to present the existing conflict of both the man within and the eternal warfare in the spiritual realm. I decided to use my own view and my own life experiences to portray my personal struggles and how I overcame by miraculous means. I wish to show people that we have the power choose which path to go on, no one can stop you but divine intervention. I always know that if you love someone, you will tell them the truth and let them choose.
